Highschool or Place of Buisness?
Pros
Great Benefits, Decent Insurance, Flexible work schedule when needed, generous pto compared to other companies.
Cons
Hard to get raises.. Most of the employees are not team player. Things are never their job to help out others with. Most employees go around and talk negative about other co workers.. petty and entitled. Working here was worse then high school drama. Some department heads go as far as micromanaging people even the ones that aren't in their department for any and every possible thing. Not a friendly environment after awhile its as if every man/woman for themselves. Co workers act nice to your face and then will go talk amongst others about issues they have without addressing it with HR or the person themselves creating animosity and drama by gossiping to others about their issues instead of addressing them head on and moving forward to work as a team.
