Cares about it's employees; after being here for awhile, I feel like family and even invest my own time and money into the business no charge!
After working for Gary, I can truly say money isn't everything! I'm making $15 p/hr. when I could be making closer to $20 p/hr welding, operating backhoe, etc.
But, Gary's sincere care for his employees, makes me want to stay.
Cons
PTO is the only benefits for full time employees.
