It's a job. Perhaps the location is ideal for some. I'm sure it depends on who you are as well.

Benefits and privileges decreased as company grew. Company likes to play games, ignore labor laws. Not very pleasant work environment. Harassment from supervisors. Couldn't work a lot of days with the tools I had.
