      - You will be forced to grow because there will be expectations placed on you, with limited support to achieve them - Your coworkers are not toxic

      Cons

      - They do not pay taxes, but they collect them from your salary - They gave employees stock options as a form of compensation, but denied them when it came time to exercise them - There is no real structure, decisions are made based on the founder's hunches - Their hiring process is very flawed, and they have made a lot of bad hires
