Pros
I started at Traction in 2009, when it was called Vision Creative, and worked there until 2014. In between that time, I got to work on a wide variety of award-winning projects in an environment that fosters creativity with a highly-talented, close-knit team. The clients also felt less like clients and more like an extension of the Traction family since it was encouraged to get to know them and their business. Traction also helps sponsor events and takes on a good amount of pro-bono work, so it was rewarding to have an opportunity to give back to the community. Even after my departure, I still continue to do freelance work for Traction. The experience working there gave me a portfolio I’m proud of and I would recommend it to anyone passionate about design.
Cons
Tight deadlines and small client budgets would dictate project solutions at times.
