      You can work from home

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management are bully’s. If you make a mistake they think that you cursed God or something. Then they bully you until you quit or they fire you. They have no sense of teamwork. Anyone can get ptsd from working here

      Pros

      Got to meet new people all the time and experience the cultures at many different banks and companies. Fulfilling work helping mostly new employees gain new skills and learn various financial concepts and modeling techniques. Reinforced my own knowledge while working and often learned new concepts.

      Inconsistent schedule outside of the busy summer but management tried hard to accommodate.

      Toxic culture with bullying leadership overshadow social gatherings

      The social gathertings were okay.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Leadership team full of bullies and you are belittled if you make a mistake. There is no regard for wellbeing and if you are new, could luck trying to migrate into the team.
