1.Bonus will be paid after a year but you won't get it for like another year and so, that too only half. 2. Even if you are hired on specific skill still you may be working on completely different stack. 3.No senior management to assign you task and any doubt explain in in technical way,rather ceo himself manages everything and end up explaining theory and business most of the time rather than discussing on technical problems. 4. You will be asked to work on marketing and business analyst work. 5. 90% of the time you will be working on creating 1000s of documents - ppt,word and excel. 6. Major thing is - We ourself don't know whether it is serviced or product based company,no client projects maybe 1 in a year that too very very small and if talking of products they can't be called products,as they are not even in demoable state.
