No Technical and work knowledge to both Manager and Director. If you are planning to join the company think before joining or join as part timer since you will kicked out any time like me and my colleague lost the job without any valid reason. Not good place to work.

Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of support for employees, with management more focused on blame than finding solutions to problems. Toxic Work Environment: The work environment at [Company Name] was toxic, to say the least. Office politics ran rampant, and favoritism was blatantly obvious. Instead of fostering a collaborative atmosphere, there was a pervasive sense of competition and backstabbing that made coming to work each day a draining experience. Inadequate Compensation and Benefits: Despite the demanding workload and stressful environment, the compensation and benefits offered by [Company Name] were woefully inadequate. Salaries were below industry standards, and benefits were minimal at best. It felt like the company viewed its employees as expendable resources rather than valuable assets. Lack of Opportunities for Growth: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my time at [Company Name] was the lack of opportunities for growth and advancement. Despite promises of career development, opportunities for advancement were few and far between, with promotions seemingly reserved for those already in favor with management. Lack of Accountability: Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my experience with [Company Name] was the complete lack of accountability. When I tried to address my concerns with management, I was met with excuses and deflection rather than a genuine effort to make things right.
