      Terrible Organization

      Pros

      The clients make employment bareable for a while.

      Cons

      The entire Organization continues to operate committing fraud. The clients are warehoused only to continue finding by DOC. Senior Management does not want compassionate,ethical people in positions to advocate or assist clients with securing self sufficiency. I have never experienced such an unethical place,void of social responsibility and complicit in not serving the clients. If you are in the click you will keep your job. If you truly desire to be the conduit for change to assist clients,you are perceived as subversive. Do not recommend your love ones to seek treatment here.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with. Great support from management. Flexible. Promote from within. Encourage staff to further education and offers tuition reimbursement that is not a hassle to participate in. Has 11 paid holidays and separate PTO and sick time.
