Pros

My checks never bounced so i guess thats a plus. Some would say all the events, but they are a distraction.

Cons

Everything! the Tampa office is very shady and do not go through a staffing company. The staffing companies will paint a pretty picture. Will make you wait at least a year to get hired on. They love to hire temps to get around actually paying benefits, no advancement opportunities. Very unorganized and unprofessional. They make it up as they go. They let those employees with seniority get away with everything, new temps are looked down on. Also they have a two day notice of being out and not very accommodating with emergencies. The clients are very involved in every aspect of your job, even knowing your schedule.
