Good when you start your career. Projects dept. - well organized job flow. Customer service - working hours flexibility. Finance&accounting - stable job.

Cons

Employees are considered to be parts of the machine. Dont discuss, dont question plans, just go for it. Dot. Hidden fight between HQ and non-hq-based staff. When there is a problem - management looks for a guilty one. Sales is extremely squeezed and pushed for reaching unrealistic results (only sales stars gets bonus). Above entry level you observe rat race and sometimes dark games. The management is mostly the same from the very beginning - no experience from other businesses. Company culture - XIX century German manufacture pyramid.
