Not atall good for Freasher where The Management COO Surya expect you to learn from starting instead of nurturing Talent! A Racist COO who only wants his people to be there in the company almost all the Batchmates left when we joined as an intern same for the Junior batch SHAME! The Management needs to rethink of hiring Fresh Graduates as they are not at all helpful as well as Good to Interns as the whole system is led by Surya who is nothing but corrupted

Best company in T & D business if considered top management compared to KEC and KPTL In process of diversification

They are not firm on their promises and HR policies Very bad for Site people Site people have zero life ( 7 am to 11 am ),you have to report PH and PM and at times to drivers also at 3 am in morning If you are more educated then dont waste your talent and knowledge here, no reward for honest work , everyone plays only blame game against SCM
