You get loads of autonomy to fulfil your role, and everyone is measured by output. It's a very supportive and inclusive environment and everyone is very respectful of each other. There is so much opportunity for self development and to learn from others.
They've nailed work/life balance here because we are trusted to be adults
Cons
If you don't like making decisions, using your initiative or challenging the status quo, TravelTime might be a hard place to be as there is a lot of structure and process still to be built.
TravelTime has an unrivalled team spirit. Although it has been around for awhile, the company has remained true to its start-up culture including being mostly remote. For someone looking to get a good work-life balance, this would be a great place to build a career; you are trusted to manage your time and to own your deliverables.
Cons
The one downside of the start-up culture is that it can feel a bit too lax sometimes which was a struggle if coming from the more traditional companies that perhaps have more ‘rigid’ structures.
I love working for TravelTime as the people are great and are always put first and very well looked after. I love all aspects of my role which is challenging and what I enjoy. I get great benefits with the company (gym membership, birthday off, flexi working hours). I have the best line manager from all my currents jobs which makes a massive difference as i can work much better with someone who i can actually get on with.
Cons
To be honest, I literally having nothing bad to say about my job.
