Owner/partner is unprofessional, mentally abusive, tendency of violence. You have no time off, and have to be on at all times, makes racist/sexist comments. You will get emails and texts at all times of the night and will never be able to relax your mind. While working here I have experienced the partner/owner throwing things across the office, curse out other employees, refer to other employees as inappropriate names, as well as him being mentally abusive. After I left, the partner had called me profanities and said I had betrayed him to other people in the firm while telling them to tell me that he would trash me as a reference. Not only has thrown things in the office, but he has slammed his fist down on tables to intimidate another employee while getting in her face and screaming. They have a high turn over rate and I promise you this pay is not worth it.
