Egoistic and biased Pathetic treatment towards Asians. You have an easy life here if you are a bootlicker. Opinions from Asian employees have no value if you are in Tech. Happy that i left early.

* If you try to work, you will get a lot of work and learn how to handle pressure * Lot of opportunities to learn and come up with your own ideas, as hierarchy is quite flat
Cons
* Some people end up working a lot and some people end up chilling, even if they are paid the same salary * Higher management lacks technical skills, hence they are not able to identify which resources to protect * Many resources are doing time-pass and just fetching big big salaries * It's very easy to fool some segment of Management as they lack technical skills and hence few people end up doing all the work and others end up enjoying
