      Sham organisation on every level - avoid

      Flexi-time, wellness days, remote working

      Cons

      Markets itself as an ethical, feminist organisation but treats its all-female workforce appallingly. Run by a group of self-interested, bullies who spend all their time (and donors money) trying to cover up their own incompetence. Brings the whole charity sector into disrepute. Don't work for them and don't give them money.

      Revolutionary, creative, genuine desire to do things rightly and help the planet

      Cons

      Insufficient care of the needs and pains of those who work for them. Lack of awareness. Sometimes uncaring attitude, that pretends to be caring.
