Pros

Great product. Sales team is awesome. Remote work is flexible and not intensive. Some management is responsive and caring.

Cons

Management will change policies on a whim, keep info from employees, and avoid addressing issues or concerns employees have. Compensation is sub-par and KPI's adjustable to management's desires.

Pros

Great team, great culture. If you are comfortable in a hyper growth startup environment this is the place for you.

Cons

Still in startup phase-may not be the best fit for you if you are not comfortable in a startup environment

Pros

Trek has real product market fit. It's solving a critical problem for health systems and that shows in how the market responds. I got to see the company grow from a lean seed stage startup into a Series A business with momentum. The team is full of high performers on both the sales and engineering side, which made the work environment sharp and motivating. Special shoutout to Jacob Fernow, he went out of his way to support my professional development and was a great teammate and friend both in and out of the office.

Cons

The product is still relatively new in the healthcare space. It takes work to convince CFOs and managed care leaders to move away from the manual processes they’ve relied on for years, but that challenge is part of what makes the role impactful. Fast-paced environment may not be ideal for someone looking for a rigid structure or hand-holding.
