I wouldn’t say this company has supportive management or team members, as these depend entirely on human behavior. However, I will say during my time serving the company, that the top management is very rigid with company policies and may be inconsistent in applying them. Policies can change instantly if circumstances do not align with their interests. Secondly, according to HR, many cases between employers and employees have been reported to the JTK. This could be a cautionary sign to consider before deciding to join the company. Lastly, the employer requires and expects you to perform tasks outside of your stated responsibilities, but does not provide adequate support when you raise concerns about this.
