Nice people nice place I loved my job, reasonable hours, flexible schedule, overall fun people
Cons
No benefits other than free skating, dangerous sometimes, scheduling played favorites which was inappropriate

Pros
The co-workers are all great and became my good friends. The job is very simple and most of the time we just hang out.
Cons
The shifts are kind of long from 5-7 hours and sometimes there is so little to do they have to send some of the workers home early.
