      Dishonest company to employees and clients alike

      Pros

      If you are a place where mediocrity is the norm and stupidity is celebrated, this is the place to be. 14 years of being around and its unbelievable how they are still in business. The management is bunch of ex wipro who think they are making a KPMG since the CEO is an Ex KPMG.... If you are lazy and have no salable skills this is the place for you.

      Cons

      For a 500 people company way too many managers. Do not trust any promises they make. they will keep none. Compensation other benefits or immigration related... This company is a fraud. Their management team changes every 12 to 15 months and for the people who are lifers, probably no one will hire them in the industry.

      A body shop organization with no real capabilities

      Pros

      - Good for anyone looking to get into consulting - Organization is good at investing in training for individuals even when there is no readily deployable project

      Cons

      - No consulting capabilities; the organization is made out of a bunch ex-MBB and ex-Big Four, but they don't seem to bring any of the structure or capabilities of their previous firms - No strategy for growth; the organization grew because of one client (CISCO) and has not find a 2nd or 3rd client to counterbalance

      - Work-life balance - Great for people fresh out of college

      Cons

      I don't even know where to begin with - They follow unethical business practices - They don't treat employees with any kind of respect - Salaries, bonuses & promotions are abysmal - Very very political - They have no clue what they are doing

While you feel we are clueless on what we are doing, we actually won a lot of businesses because of the kind of clarity and focus our business approach demonstrates– especially around Cloud, Analytics, Digital & Security.
