salary on time no issue with salary

there is no appraisal on time.. no pf deduction once your project gets over you have to leave the company.beacause they dont have any other project

Firstly i thought joining a small organization is a right decision or no But Yes It was a great decision I made I think I am enjoying working with the company. When It comes to learning I have come across so many aspects and different projects, I would say this expertise I would had not gained in corporates as well. The complete staff is really helpful.
