I worked as a contractor in Accenture full time employee. And I was getting paid from Trigent Software ltd. Trigent is an amazing company to work with. No any delays in salary. Salaries getting paid in stipulated time. Last Nine months working with Trigent was an amazing experience. Support From HR, Manager, Recruiter was very good. Prompt response to all the queries. Great support from HR (POCs). HR and management is very supportive and any issues raised will be looked and resolved on time.
Cons
Being a employee(contractor). I haven't experienced any downside as such.
