Pros

With availability to work nights and weekends can keep you working 30 hours or so. Pretty nice folks to work for. Well respected in the community as a security company. Pretty good training available in OC, Handcuffing, Criminal Law and Physical Tactics.

Cons

No benefits. Virtually impossible to get 40 hours. Pretty much all nights and weekend work. Crummy pay! Last minute requests for extra hours not rewarded with additional respect or benefits.

Pros

There is always additional hours you can take on to earn extra money. You are not forced to work extra shifts outside of your regularly scheduled shifts.

Cons

It all depends on where you are positioned to work. It can also be difficult since they are forced to juggle people around to fill vacancies at different co tracts.
