Lot to learn as processes are not in place WFH- no pressure to relocate Leave- no dedicated leaves assigned Timings- Flexible everyday timings
Cons
Hectic- Need to work on weekends and extended hours without any perks or comp offs Leave- As no leaves are accrued, due to peer pressure no body takes leaves and it has a negative impact on employees's mental health Timings- No dedicated timings but calls are scheduled without considering availibility Org Culture- Problems are your own, nobody would listen or help tackle the problems Everyone is expected to predict problems and work seamlessly. Very less margin of error. Nepotism- Org is full of family members and relatives of high level management
