Relaxed work environment, manager works from home 2/5 days. Basic vacation package.
Cons
Small company of 5 employees, no room for promotion or growth. Company lacks organizational skills, no 401k or medical benefits. Severely underpaid for engineering position and minimal bonus. Tech support is strictly Italian based. Communication issues.
