      It is encouraged to take responsibility Freedom in doing side projects and setting your own course Informal culture Loads of events are organized!

      Cons

      The organization is quite flat and the overall vision and strategy can feel a bit blurry, resulting in Triple doing a lot of different things. But in the end this is also the what makes it really dynamic and keeps it interesting.

      Unique culture, fun events, cool customers and many career opportunities, lots of attention for personal development, unique benefits and can bring my dog to the office

      Can sometimes be a structured chaos within projects, but to be honest I've experienced this at many digital agencies.

      Nice culture, relaxed environment and generous for personal growth

      Cons

      Not the most challenging environment, and they don't appreciate people sticking their necks above the grass. Easy to get into conflict with managers that feel that they have been there for 15 years and feel like they're big shots.
