The owner is among the most knowledgeable in his field. He is highly ethical, and is dedicated to both his customers and his employees. It is my respect for him that has kept me with him over the years.

The company is still struggling to establish itself, and has been behind on payroll a number of times over the past year. I think they have made the necessary changes to improve this. But, in this sort of industry, with projects that span a year to two, it can take a while to see the results.
