The only good from working for this company is the staff discount. Apart from the discount theres nothing good about working for this company.

BEWARE: THE WORST EMPLOYER EVER. not only do the staff lie to their employees, when anyone raises doubts or issues, after they ignore all your emails and calls, they call the cops on you and frame you for harrassment when you offer to take time out of your day to come in the store to resolve the issue. If you are considering of working for this company, please take my word, find somewhere else to go. I wish I could give negative stars. It doesnt even deserve one. Anywhere will be better than this place. I worked for Coach and am happy to share my experience with this place - if anyone else has had a similar experience with this company please let me know, you could be of help to my case for FWC. They wrongfully motivate staff to sell more and more but when it comes to paying due credit, they will use whatever excuse (terms and conditions blah blah) they can to NOT PAY YOU. I requested for a formal apology (NOT MONEY) regarding the mistakes the company made with me but they are protecting the lying manager because to them apparently I'm not deserving of an apology even if the manager blatantly and repeatedly lied to my face just to get her bonus. This company is already falling apart. Worst management and worst leadership group who have no effing clue about what theyre doing. This place is fuelled by lies, dishonesty, manipulation and abuse. Work for this company if you want to be treated like rubbish. Who knows maybe they'll take you to court too.
