Cons
Commute time for some employees; the team runs a little lean, so coverage for employees who are out or leave can become a little hectic but not unmanageable; because it's an "all hands on deck" environment, you may have to complete tasks that are outside your job description or comfort zone (but the rest of the team is there to assist if you need it).
