      Pros

      Great place for new grads to kickstart their career. Lots of room to innovate, have your voice heard, and be inspired. Upper management is involved and truly feels like a team effort, they don't just hand down assignments and walk away.

      Cons

      A bit cheap. There were times where I felt I could do a better and faster job if I had budget.

      Supportive teammates with interesting clients. Overall good learning environment for someone fresh out of school

      This company deals with problems present at most small tech firms... - Generally disconnected leadership, the CEO sits in Europe as do other company leaders, for a team primarily based on the east coast - Unrealistic expectations about what can be delivered and how quickly, mostly from sr. leadership - "Fake it till you make it" culture endemic to most start ups - Below market average pay - Work becomes repetitive quickly
