This creates many job opportunities across the entire company. There is a diverse work force that has a broad range of capabilities and skillsets. All employees have the opportunity to show their abilities, get noticed, and move their way up.
Cons
For those working on the shop floor and depending on what department you work, it can be messy and hot at times. For some workers it can be a tough road to become proficient working with concrete materials and sometimes this leads to frustration about job growth.
