You gain experience in a wide variety of areas, Including barista training, lifeguard training, and first aid training. There are great benefits. Its also very warm in winter!
Cons
Some staff can be rude to colleagues and there is a culture of gossiping, and talking about people behind their backs. Was also told there was high amounts of Aspestos in the basement. Management didn't notify prevous members of staff.
