      - Great place to kick start your career if you are passionate about analytics - Immense learning opportunities since you will be exposed to diverse business problems, client facing roles and business development opportunities - Fun environment to work

      Although the startup culture provides a fun environment , you need to be willing to work through ambiguity

      Pros

      Such a good place to learn, grow and have a long term commitment. You wont feel like an employee.

      Cons

      It might be a problem if you have concentration issues as its a very active atmosphere (could be fun or tensed) and might wanna use earphones. The office space is quite small but relocation has been planned next month.

      Great opportunity to learn from Seniors and Peers. Great atmosphere to work. Performance is always rewarded well.

      Its all good. Time spent was worthwhile.
