Pros
1) Hyderabad Office space and furniture are great. 2) Some people in USA team are very good. 3) Everyone gets a good workstation. 4) The house keeping staff is great. 5) Good engineers either leave the company or get fired.
Cons
1) They claim to be a startup which is a plan lie. Nobody has slightest of idea what does a startup mean. People in power never worked in startup culture. 2) We are the greatest among whatsapp, Uber and google. Their products are subset of Turvo. CEO and CTO think like this. 3) If you are not good at licking boots, you will not survive 10 days. The CTO will immediately setup a one on one meeting with you and tell that you are not culturally fit. He has his sources inside the company. 4) It's a family-cum-community business where family members and close ones are in the power. Turvo inc is a completely different company than it's Indian counterpart. 5) They are running a scam. The quality and speed of the project is similar to government projects. A 2 months project can take several (2+) years. Working culture is similar to government office culture. Similar ways to siphon out investors' money. 6) "More processes will give us more flexibility", this is our working philosophy. We are told not to talk directly to USA team. We can pass the information only through CTO. 7) Hike in salary is directly proportional to boot licking. Boot lickers can get hike twice a year. 8) The upper management thinks that introducing more managers, directors and presidents will improve the output of engineers. 9) The technology team in Hyderabad office is technically challenged. Worst engineering team. You can not learn anything. 10) The company management is putting positive reviews on Glassdoor to lure more people into this trap. Overall working culture is too bad to be considered by any sensible engineer. Don't waste your time and energy with such company.
