Pros
I worked for the company Connecting Point before the Twotrees merger. Senior management is pretty hands-off if you do your job. Tons of changes were made quickly, most were for the better until employee cuts happened.
Cons
Middle management and sales staff are allowed to be run the company like tyrants but will then put on their smiling faces when on all-company calls. Senior leadership ignores unprofessional behavior and looks the other way as long as the top salespeople keep producing. Expect decade-long employee conflicts to continue with no end in sight. No one in senior management is trying to solve those.
