Pros

Sadly the cons outweigh the proses 5 to 1, so I list any pro is pointless. This is a sad fact, there is talent in this company, and they are all leaving.

Cons

Worst lab in the nation. Most orders take a month or more arrive and 20%+ have to be sent back due to quality issues. The lab inspects nothing it sends to the stores unless asked. Senior leaders are silent on this issue which leads most in the field to loose confidence in their ability to lead the company. Most of the products we sell fall apart within the year. Poor lab quality drains the company of capital, and because this problem has been allowed to continue for years, most brands are now struggling to achieve goals. Management must accept the fact that customers will not come back and the investments made in lab technology will not be realized with the current team. To drive sales in this company, one must accept that you will also create more unhappy customers because the orders will arrive late and the quality will be poor.

Pros

Pros?? If there are any, they would only be the free pretzels they give away on Fridays. One Friday a month, they give away free lunch (cold pizza, melting water ice). They have 45 mi ute lunch breaks on Wednesdays, and the free candy in the cookie jar.

Cons

Well where do I start?? The $9/hr they barely wanna pay you. When you get your check, you can't get it from the supervisor till 6:00 for fear you'll skip out (I cannot make this up). Speaking of a supervisor, let's talk about them passive agressive, conescending backstabbing bullies. I got pulled into an office the day I quit because I wore gloves, which, get this, we neeed a doctor's note for approval to wear them, and I guess I didn't take them off fast enough for her. The fact that they didn't tell me in the interview about a standard we had to meet every day. I worked injured for a few days and they knew that. Instead of asking me how I been feeling, they asked me to speed it up, like fa real tho?? Talk about that imaginary brass ring, it does exist. And the fact that I stayed to myself and just worked didn't help my case. You would have to be a glad handing, non sensical, butt kissing, yes man. It just made me miserable and my family started noticing. Especially when I caught flack for my attendance, I worked 10a-6:30p, all so I could honor my appointment s for my doctors which I have to go to once a month and that's not even my primary. Imagine if I was looking for another place to work.

Pros

Better then nothing. Close to home. Inside a grocery store so you can get your shopping done. The customers are great.

Cons

Constantly changing upper management . and blame on everyone but those at the top where all the problems start and end. Claim transparency but far from it. Covers up real problems and doesn't look out for the customer or employees. Producing very poor product and taking to long to produce it. Poor pay and cuts hours. Doesn't leave Managers with enough money to cover store supplies.
