Zero work-life balance, managers are unhappy when you do not work overtime or when you leave work on time

Cons

Zero staff welfare, the pantry has mostly expired and defective stocks of canned coffee. Manager is verbally abusive, racist and misogynistic, there were candidates rejected based on gender, despite their portfolio. Snide remarks or comments about gender and race by staff every single day

Great culture Generous Bonuses every quarterly. If you are into coffee, there’s a free flowing coffee in the office. If you are willing, you will learned a lot about coffee on your own, sometimes with the help of colleagues.

Cons

Favoritism on the senior management level You will never grow here, you just wasting your time. Managers are so lazy, They only work if the boss are in there. Lots of gossiping on the managerial level, There’s so many issue. Poor resource and project planning on the managerial level. Additional : Some Manager doesn’t know a lot of things about coffee, only the basics, and that’s funny. some is having a bipolar disorder. some are too insecure when you’re pretty and sexy. a lot of gossipers. some is not neutral, ONE SIDED. Managers are fighting because they don’t like each other.
