      Fun team and cute products, but low pay and hours

      Pros

      Retail sales for Anthropologie was fun, it’s a cute store and fun home products and cute clothes. The team I worked with was super fun.

      Cons

      Little pay, and even with a discount the product is expensive so it’s a balance of only working for products or working to keep your tiny paycheck. The hours get cut a lot so only being allowed to work 15-20 hours per week make this a truly only part time position.

      Bad management No clear directions Blame culture Some senior staff are very hostile/defensive HR are not a friendly department Kitchen facilities are sub-par Toilets are poorly maintained and always breaking No feedback No training Poor processes A big company still behaving like a small company
