The US-Analytics employee rating is in line with the average (within 1 standard deviation) for employers within the Management and consulting industry (3.7 stars).
US-Analytics has gone through some rather large changes over the past few years. Almost the entire leadership team has changed, focused very heavily on slow but sustainable growth, maximizing the value they bring to their clients and being laser focused on the needs of CPM/EPM and Analytics clients. Lots has been done, more to come, but it's a great place to work, and I personally do feel heard and appreciated.
