Pros

None. It will slowly kill any chance of joy in you.

Cons

It’s the most terrifyingly abusive work environment I’ve ever been in. You will spend more time crying about having to live through another day in this nightmare than sleeping each night. You will wake up and pray that today isn’t the day you will be the target of their wrath in an all staff email… I used to not understand why women stay with their abusers, but I get it now. You will be so stuck working there that you can’t see the light. It was only after I was free from this place could I see how broken I’d become after working there. If you’re brown, black, queer, a woman, an immigrant, or anything that they would deem undesirable, prepare to have to listen to hours upon hours of rants/“jokes”/calls about how you’re the reason the company is failing.

Pros

Remote was ok, not a lot of pros here, anybody with any talent was looked at poorly by the CEO which couldn't market his way out of a wet paper bag. I am not kidding.

Cons

Management, if you want to call it that was absolutely terrible. Place was tun off of ego and EVERYBODY was treated pretty poorly for largely no reason. If someone had talent then it was a liability. Huge turnover when clients figured out that nobody was really doing much.
