Pros
if you have no other option, then take the money. ofcause the gossip&affair at lunch could be some entertainment. most of the guys are okay, but they are only colleagues.
Cons
everything is disaster. generally you can't dream too much if you understand the business. as for the boss, once you see his true face, you notice that he's a total selfish hypocrite. as said, go if you can.
