      Friendly and stimulating environment, initiative and innovation greatly supported, great efforts made towards work-life balance, amazing people and collaboration level in all departments and at all levels.

      Pros

      Great culture, the company still has an environment where everyone wants to do well and help each other. Not just to deliver, but to improve and develop as well. Genuinely world class work/products, with some very smart people working on them. Unusual in that sideways moves and internal recruitment is handled very positively.

      Cons

      Going through some turmoil and change, redundancies cut down some of the teams. Not unusual for startups/scale-ups but does create uncertainty.
