Manager lacks experience. I was employed for two months before I was even trained. I basically read child letters all day for days at a time. Supervisors are unapproachable and and are unavailable most days. Employees and assistant manager positions are more informed and experienced than the actual managers. Issues brought to attention of managers are not followed up on but corrective actions is always quickly executed without giving proper training to employees. In my experience with my manager, i feel he was very spiteful. I was there for over two years and it never improved. Rather than offer me support as my superior, I felt like he just wanted to point out what I was doing wrong and make sure other superiors saw it.

Extensive micromanagement. There are three department managers who heavily rely on team leads to be available to employees 24/7. Training needs improvements/revamping. Enforcement of new policies that require employees to use PTO for arriving to work 30 seconds late. There is all of energy an focus that is going into breathing down employees necks all day. So much so that the retention rate in this department is very bad.
