Pros
Honestly, can't think of any. At the end, everyone I knew left the place. Everyone just ran.
Cons
- Low salaries - Management doesn't care about employees. - You'll have so much work that you need to forget about any kind of work-life balance. - They'll promise you salary raise, things becoming better, etc. but after some time you'll realise that's just a lie.

Pros
I have been working for UE for a number of years now and I can feel a sense of belonging when working here. People are always there to support you when you require an assistance. Your support and manager is always available when you need help and most importantly, UE has always been reliable when it comes to their compensation.
Cons
None so far all is good
