1) One of the better paying companies in the field.
2) Flexible cases schedules.
Cons
1) No workforce for salary management
2) Extremely inefficient in tracking timesheets.
3) Weird policies of getting paid 1.5 months later (eg: you would get paid for October on December 15th).
4) If anything is missing on your timecards, you would get delayed payments by a month (eg: October time card delay means you will get your next check on January 15th)
5) Never respond to emails or phone calls.
They pay really well.
You can pretty much set your own schedule.
Cons
I don't recommend starting out for this company, as the training is not as involved.
Hours depend on how many cases are in your area.
Not likely to get full-time.
The pay here is competitive. Flexible schedule, alot of nice families. My case manager was very helpful and supportive even though she was in the San Fran office far away from me.
Cons
Sometimes it is hard to get hours. The BCBA on my case usually had to do remote supervisions- NOT ideal and not as helpful as meeting in person. They pay you once a month rather than bi-weekly. Also, clients can be challenging. That is the nature of the job no matter which agency you work at.
