No freedom to talk to clients, everything is micromanaged Yearly reviews get purposly tweaked down by the manager Even if you get a good score they won't give you a promotion Too much enphasis on certofications and teambuilding with zero regards to the work you actually bring Huge difference in pay to unipartner in Portugal Your payroll doesn't keep up with minimum wage increases, and when it does, they use that as an excuse of fake promotion/help New members that join will enter with an invreased salary than a person thats been working there for a long time

My good managers were also severely overworked and working extra unpaid time was the norm. Senior talent was leaving and being replaced by trainees. Projects were not interesting at all and were very understaffed. Overall, since everyone was so overworked, it was impossible to have good work standards and to have a clean backlog - everybody was just putting out fires all the time.
