Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you felt that most of the staff are rude and were unhappy at our Company. A lot of the comments we receive from employees and visitors is about how friendly everyone is in the company and that we have a lovely family atmosphere here. With regards to the rodent traps, due to our location we can sometimes experience issues with rodents and that is why these were put in place. We have two canteens within the company which are maintained to a high standard and used by the majority of employees. The comment about the 'poo on the toilet walls' there was an incident where someone had managed to get some on the wall and we were made aware of this and had it cleaned. With regard to your comment about lighting this is something the company are currently reviewing and will take your comments into consideration.
