      I don't see any pros at all, there are more cons.

      Cons

      Lack of culture, values, diversity and inclusion. Disorganized company in its structure and leadership. Managers and executive leaders don't care for their employees, they only want to get the most of you. Not life balance for its employees. Lack of attractive benefits or perks, they only offer basic benefits. This is not a place to growth.
