Pros
The teams are excellent. Everyone working towards a shared goal. The organisation is trying to understand the culture and have started to engage in discussions to better it.
Cons
A lot of talking about making positive changes but little actions or change (it takes a long time for anything to happen). Little opportunities for development. No opportunity to ask for a salary increase.
