Great team to work with! I've liked all the BAs I've had shifts with, plus the events are really fun to attend in general (food festivals, animal themed events etc.). The team are all massive animal lovers which is such a nice environment to be in, everyone really cares about what is best for cats. Management is really nice too, super responsive. The pay is also very good, not a lot of BA roles do a decent hourly as well as the commission. I think that helps a lot in terms of teamwork, BAs don't step on each other's toes in terms of getting sales and help each other out.
Cons
As this is a freelance role, you likely will not work much (if at all) Jan Feb March. Not exactly a con, but something to be aware of if you're looking for more consistent hours throughout the year.

Pros
A close-knit team with one shared goal - feed cats the best food possible. Since Day 1, I've been made to feel welcome. From the top down, the brilliant team is extremely accommodating and helpful. I already feel like my opinions and ideas matter. Untamed is a fantastic place to work.
Cons
No cons from my perspective, but be prepared to get to work and be productive. The startup world waits for no one, so the team of driven and efficient professionals at Untamed will give you the keys - but you have to be willing to drive.
